Branded retail unit within the Tekzone at Harrods
Storcs was appointed as Main Contractor for the redevelopment of a retail unit within the Tekzone TV Retail Area on the Fifth Floor of Harrods, London, comprising approximately 1,076 sq ft.
The works involve the demolition and strip-out of the previous retail concept, followed by the full construction and fit-out of a new branded commercial unit for Loewe Technology GmbH — within one of London’s most prestigious and operationally demanding retail environments.

Key Consideration
Live Retail Construction Inside Harrods
This project required exceptional programme precision and logistics management. All works were carried out within a fully operational retail environment, with strict controls over delivery windows, noise, dust and access. Storcs coordinated directly with Harrods facilities management to ensure zero disruption to surrounding retail operations throughout the fit-out period.
