Technical Coordination & Responsibility Control
One of the most common challenges in construction delivery is the loss of design integrity and delays caused by unclear responsibility between parties.
At Storcs, we take full ownership of technical coordination and interface management across all trades, ensuring that architectural, structural and M&E requirements are fully aligned before and during construction.
Particular attention is given to Mechanical & Electrical coordination, including services layouts, ceiling void interfaces, lighting integration, ventilation systems, power distribution and fire alarm requirements.
